A lot of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. Guest room was neat and airy for a table or chair. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by a market town in a farming community, Lampeter and the centre of the town.
Disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom.

It was just a smart choice for a flash visit in Lampeter with extraordinarily good value for money. The room had an interesting charm with unique fittings that added character to our stay. Make sure to bring your own soap, as it wasn't provided in the bathroom.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend adventure in Lampeter with good value. The room was a bit cramped but had all the essentials, and I appreciated having a kettle for tea. Consider asking for extra towels upon arrival to avoid waiting later.

Staff were friendly and cute. The medium-rare ribeye steak was excellent and a great value. While the location was convenient, noise levels could be intrusive at times, and additional essentials in the room would have improved comfort significantly.

Some fittings look a bit rough, with old plug holes and remnants from previous curtains left behind, giving the room a slightly untidy appearance. Noise levels can be noticeable, especially on weekends due to the pub's activities and nearby patrons. A lack of on-site breakfast options and limited dinner service on non-weekend days might leave those expecting full hotel amenities feeling a tad unfulfilled.

The bed was super comfy and clean. The bathroom was fresh and tidy with good towels. I was surprised by how quiet it was, especially being right above the pub. The tea and coffee selection was nice too.
